BOOKING ITEMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The purpose of the online reservation service is to reserve your accommodation in our apartments. The use of this service will imply the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions contained in the latest updated version of these reservation conditions, or those that must be accepted for each specific accommodation.

HIRING PROCESS:

To make a reservation through this site you must follow the following steps:

  1. Entering the dates of arrival and departure. Entering the number of people to stay. If available, enter promotional code.

  2. Choice of type of apartment.

  3. Once you have selected the type of apartment and occupancy, you can proceed to choose the extras that the establishment could offer you (parking, pets and other extras).

  4. Once you have decided to continue with the reservation process, you will be presented with a summary of the options chosen with details of the unit price and total amount including taxes.

  5. You will also be informed of the reservation payment and cancellation policy. You will be asked for credit card information to make the payment of the reservation and the possibility of transferring comments or extra requests that you deem appropriate to transfer to the establishment before your arrival.

  6. The reservation process is completed by accepting the conditions of the reservation.

  7. Sending confirmation of the reservation via email. The aforementioned email contains the information related to your reservation, which will serve as proof of the reservation.


The electronic document in which the reservation is formalized will be archived and may be accessible by making the appropriate request. In any case, we recommend that you save your reservation confirmation email.

PRICE:

The prices provided on the website are expressed in euros and include 10% VAT.

PAYMENT:

During the reservation process, a credit card data is required (Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, American Express and Maestro) in which the amount of the reservation will be charged.


BAIL:

 

After confirmation and payment of the reservation, it is authorized to charge an amount of €150 as a deposit (for possible damage or additional expenses), against the same card used for the previous payment. Said deposit will be returned, discounting the expenses incurred, if any, after the review after checking out / leaving the apartment.

 

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

During the booking process you will be informed of the cancellation conditions.


Flexible cancellation policies.

 

  • Free cancellation up to 15 days before your arrival date.

  • In case of canceling the reservation between 14 days and 48 hours before your arrival date, 20% of the total reservation will be charged. 

  • In case of canceling the reservation within 48 hours before your arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

 

In case of early cancellation, the corresponding amount will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation conditions described above. 

The refund will be made to the same credit card with which the reservation was made and within a period of less than seven days from the formalization of the reservation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In any case, remember that for the contracting of accommodation services, the exercise of the right of withdrawal contemplated in Law 3/2014, General Law of Consumers and Users, does not apply.

DATA PROTECTION:

The data you provide us during the reservation process will be used to be able to manage the indicated process and enable your stay in the chosen accommodation, as well as to contact you, and will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policies.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION:

These Booking Conditions./ General Contracting Conditions, are governed by Spanish Law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise with respect to the validity, execution, compliance or resolution, in whole or in part, of these conditions, if you are a consumer, the Courts corresponding to your address will be competent.

The European Commission, in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, provides an online dispute resolution platform in consumer matters that is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers /odr/. Consumers will be able to submit their claims through the online dispute resolution platform.
