Acceptance of the Apartment Rules obliges compliance, while at the same time authorizing ZUIA SUITES to charge for damages, if any, without further notice, after review after departure/check-out.

 

Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of the rules and conditions, as well as our cancellation policy, penalty, reservations, payment, deposits and entry and exit guidelines.

 

- Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m.

- Departure time: until 12:00h.

APARTMENT RULES

 

• You are obliged to respect and make proper use of the facilities , furniture and decoration of the apartment and the common areas for the sole purpose of ACCOMMODATION .

​

• Annoying activities (parties, loud music, noise, etc), harmful, dangerous, illegal or any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence, morality, decency and public order may not be carried out.

​

• It is not allowed to bring guests or occupy it by more people than those listed in the contract.

​

• If any of the rules detailed here are not complied with, the corresponding sanctions and/or eviction from the Apartment will be applied at the discretion of ZUIA SUITES , without the right to reimbursement.

​

• The door must be closed whenever the apartment is left. ZUIA SUITES is not responsible in case of theft or loss of personal belongings. For your peace of mind, all the apartments have a safe. Please follow the instructions. If you have any problems using it, call us to solve it.

​

• A fully furnished and equipped apartment is delivered, which must be delivered on the day of departure in the same conditions. The guest undertakes and agrees to leave the apartment in the same conditions and state in which it was delivered . Any damage to the apartment, furniture, construction elements, decoration, or dirt beyond what is caused by reasonable use, will be considered "Property Damage", so that ZUIA SUITES reserves the right to charge an additional cost. once the apartment has been reviewed after departure/check out. These charges will be made directly and automatically on the credit card used to pay for the accommodation. The amount of this charge will depend on the damage caused.

• Upon departure/check-out, the refrigerator must be left clean and empty, in the same way it was found on the first day of stay.

​

• In the same way, the kitchen and its utensils must be kept clean and collected when leaving/checking out of the apartment.

​

Possible penalties:

​

- For damage: estimate based on the damage caused.

- Extra kitchen cleaning: €35.

- Loss of umbrellas: €15/unit. (The same rate will be applied if the client decides to acquire it and keep it in property).

​

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments, although smoking is allowed on the outside porch/terrace.

​

• The use of clotheslines is only allowed inside the apartments, its use being expressly prohibited on the private porches of the apartments or in the common area.

​

• Pets: allowed up to 25 kg, with a charge of €20/day per pet. Don't forget to review the established rules for pet housing.

​

• Forgotten objects in the apartments will be kept for a period of 15 days. After this period, we will not be able to guarantee its custody and there will be no claim.

​
